This is the new, easy-to-connect round Stilo ST5 Top Air coupler. Stilo helmets size 55 cm to 59 cm use the Stilo YA0853, and the larger shell 60 cm to 64 cm use the Stilo YA0859. This is a great improvement over the oval connection that could be difficult to attach your round CoolShirt connector to.

The Stilo ST5 helmet shape is different from the Stilo ST4, requiring the new re-shaped Stilo ST5 Top Air kit. Keep your Stilo ST5 helmet ventilated with this Stilo Top Air Kit. Fresh air keeps you cool and prevents sweat from going into your eyes as you take the chequered flag. Endurance racers keep their focus high and lap times low by staying in the cool zone.
This unique cooling system feeds air from your car’s fresh air system to both the top of the head and to the front of the face while at the same time helping to keep the inside of the visor clear. The system works with the existing design of the helmet and does not require any drilling of the shell or modifications to the EPS.
There are four small holes moulded into the top of every ST5 helmet. The Top Air system fits over the forward two holes and extends down the front of the helmet and just under the top of the visor. Air fed into the rear feed of the Top Air is directed both to the top of the head and down over the face. A small deflector just inside the visor area directs air towards the visor and away from the eyes. Old air flows out of the rear holes on the top of the helmet and from the bottom of the helmet, significantly reducing the likelihood of CO2 buildup in the helmet.
Top Air System can be fitted to all Stilo ST5 model helmets. Thanks to the special adhesive used, it can be removed and repositioned without damaging the helmet finish or most paint jobs, simply by replacing the adhesive.
The 3M VHB tape in the images is transparent with a red easy to remove backing. When installed on your helmet it is transparent.
