The shell is constructed from carbon fiber to produce a lightweight and strong helmet that exceeds FIA 8859-2015 and Snell SA2020 safety requirements.

- Choice of inbuilt Speakers or Earpieces and ear cup muffs.
- Designed specifically for use with the Harris communication system, although they are perfectly compatible with all hardwired Stilo DG and WRC series amplifiers.
- Lightweight and super strong Carbon fibre shell
- Adjustable Microphone: This magnetic-dynamic noise-cancelling microphone is supplied with spacers to move the microphone position closer to the driver’s mouth.
- Earmuffs: Offer excellent isolation from external noises and contain the intercom speakers. The pressure on the head from the earmuffs can be adjusted by changing the special foam rubber pads positioned between the earmuffs and the helmet.
- Drinks System Preparation: The optional drinks system allows the driver to stay hydrated easily during a competition, and quick-release couplings also make it easy to enter and exit the car.
Also Available The advanced Stilo ST5 R Carbon Rally/ NZ Circut WL Helmet features a redesigned Carbon fibre shell constructed using PURO technology which removes the need for a clear coat to be applied. This further reduces the weight which can hugely reduce muscle fatigue.
The ST5 R WL rally helmet retains the tried and tested Stilo WRC intercom system, but the comms port has been redesigned for use with the WL wireless key (sold separately), which, when fitted, fits perfectly with the contours of the shell shape so it does not interfere with FHR posts or straps. The magnetic dynamic, noise-cancelling microphone is adjustable to allow for optimum spacing from the mouth to reduce external noise. Noise-attenuating ear muffs surround the speakers to greatly reduce external noise and improve the levels of comfort. The helmet’s intercom system is also compatible with traditional Stilo wired amplifiers, so there is no need to change helmets for vehicles that do not have a wireless amplifier.

Manufactured using a Kevlar construction with a carbon finish to produce an incredibly strong shell with a significant weight reduction. Fitted with a WRC intercom system. Dramatically lighter than the opposition, the ST5 range of helmets feature the smallest shell sizes in their class. Improved ventilation and interior provide the ST5 range with unparalleled comfort.
Stilo ST5F 8860 Carbon Rally—This model is fitted with Stilo’s superior WRC intercom system, which includes noise-attenuating earmuffs fitted with speakers or motorsport earpieces, a magnetic-dynamic noise-cancelling microphone, and a fully integrated intercom plug. It is supplied with factory-fitted FHR (HANS) clips.
Other features Include:
- Integrated Plugs: No more hanging cables and possible breakages. The whole electronics package is integrated into the helmet, as well as the plug connecting to the intercom. The plug is on the right-hand side of the helmet.
