To make Custom Racing molded Motorsport earpieces properly, Impressions need to be made of your ears.. Either do it yourself or preferably get an An audiologist should do the impressions for you. Then, send them to us. Choose either 3.5mm or RCA plugs.
If you want to do it yourself get a custom ear impression kit it comes complete with impression material. Instructions to produce your own ear molds to make the impressions.
This specialty impression kit includes the custom ear mold kit so we can get the laboratory to make custom molds.
When you complete your impression. Simply return the moulds back to Harris Race Radios.here we will get the Laboratory to make the molds with our Challenger-II earbuds to provide the best in racing audio performance. Chose 3.5mm or RCA custom molded ear buds earpieces.

Our Mono-configured custom moulds are perfect for high-noise professional motorsports communications applications. The standard cord is 19 inches for racing applications to plug into a racing driver’s helmet; however, we now offer an optional 36-inch longer cable version for motorsport crew members.
